I was selected by COFFEE-MATE® to host a Café Party today for FREE FLAVOR FRIDAY.
I'm not a straight hot coffee drinker but I like iced coffee and specialty coffee drinks. Flavors like white chocolate caramel latte, french vanilla, irish crème, and creamy chocolate (Can you tell what kind of drinks I like now? LOL) make it easy (and thrifty!) to make drinks at home instead of paying $5 at a fancy coffee shop.
One of my favorite recipes is to mix about 1/3 cup coffee, 2/3 cup milk, a packet of hot chocolate mix & your choice of flavored Coffee-mate to taste. Mix well & serve over ice. You could even blend it in a mixer if you'd like. YUM!
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there are many recipes using Coffee-mate on their website... including desserts!
As far as my party- well, there wasn't one unless you count my neighbor & I sampling different flavors while our kids played together. Most of my guests were unable to attend because of a nasty bug that is going around and the weather was yucky here today. :( So...
