CVS Newbie Shopping Trip Plan

If you're new to CVS shopping, couponing or even if you just don't have any current ECB's here's a scenario that will work for you.  It uses printable coupons so no worries if you don't have a coupon inventory yet!

CVS
Transaction #1:Theraflu Daytime Trial Pack $.99
Tena Ultra Thins Heavy Protection Pads 32-42 ct $9.99
= $10.98
- $2 theraflu printable coupon
- $2.50 tena printable coupon  *it looks like they took this coupon down so try this one for $2.50 or this one for $1 off.
pay $6.48 (+ tax) oop
Get back:
$ .99 theraflu ECB
$9.99 tena ECB
Transaction #2:Spend $15 on select Coke or Kraft products get $5 ECB
Buy 15 coke 2l @ $1 each  If you don't like coke, you can substitute honest tea, smart water or fuze as they are all part of the spend $15 get $5 ECB promo & are also $1 each.
= $15
- .99 Theraflu ECB
- $9.99 Tena ECB
pay $4.02 (+ tax) oop
get back
$5 coke ECB
You just spent $10.50 (+ tax) oop for 15 2L's of coke, a pack of theraflu & a pack of tena.  And you have $5 in ECB to roll or spend on something else.
Even if you don't need/ use the theraflu or tena, they are great donation items!

Don't forget to have them scan your green bag tag with transaction #1 (only 1 scan per day counts) or if you don't have a green bag tag, buy one for $1.  For every 4 visits you get $1 ECB so it really pays for itself & you're saving the environment by not using a plastic bag!

I was working this deal for my mom who is a coca-cola addict & trying to find the least oop for her to spend (she's a coupon newbie too!)  I hope it helps you as well!  Of course it would be an even better deal if you already have ECB's to roll. :)
