I did this with my children last summer.  Even though this is from a grocery store in TX, they still sent me a prize pack in NC.  If I remember correctly, it did take a few weeks to get the prize pack which included a shirt, coloring book, pencil, bookmark & sticker for each of my kids. 
I'm finding I can never have enough play shirts with my 2 boys & the ones from last year are stained worn, but holding up well! :)
