Target has updated their coupon policy online. It looks like the changes were to the B1G1 policy.
Nothing big in my opinion since using 2 B1G1 coupons to make 2 items 100% free never was right anyway.
I would suggest printing out a new copy & keeping it with your coupons- just in case.
